Thinking back to early childhood, what was your first experience with music for the first time like? What song do you remember most as a child?
My father Wondel Brown played with Dynamic Corvettes.. (Funky Music Is The Thing, & Key To My Happiness) Ohio Players (Skin Tight).

What made you first realize that you wanted to pursue a career in music?
The day I came to one of my father’s band rehearsals with the Corvettes.

Where did you meet your band Obsession and how long have you been together now?
Dante King approach in high school about missing band practice and I did have a clue what he was talking about but I wasn’t intrigued.

How would you describe Obsession’s music/art/entertainment for a public audience who may have never seen you before?
We are a Go-Go that has always had very good vocalist and a high level of musicianship.

What do you think makes you and your style unique from other artists?
Although we are a Go-Go band Obsession can and has played all forms of music. More then just a swing band we do way more than swing beat over covers.

You have been in this go-go music industry for many years now. What are some of the changes that you have noticed over the years?
Been in it since 1986…. when you played at a show with multiple bands you had originals you had bands putting on a Show. 90s became more gangster focus less on music more on crank. 2000s Grown and Sexy/Crank Bands/ Bounce Beat.
